1. Can I come and view an item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to view items with us. We are an online store. You can order the item online and return it if it is not to your liking.
2. Can I pick up an order?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
3. I have multiple discount codes, but can only enter 1. How can I combine the codes? If you have received multiple discount codes from us, please check carefully whether the codes are valid in combination with each other. If that is the case, please send us a message by email with the discount codes, so that we can create 1 code.
4. I have placed an order, but have not received it yet. What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is stated on the site before you place it in the shopping bag.
If your order has not been received within the specified time, please contact the relevant delivery service.
5. Do I pay shipping costs?
Up to €75 you pay shipping costs, from €75 the shipping costs are free.
6. I want to return something. What are the costs of this? This depends on the size and weight of the package. You can inquire about this at the nearest post office. Returns are at your own expense.
7. Can I pay afterwards?
Yes, you can do so by choosing to pay afterwards via Klarna.
8. How do I file a complaint?
You can submit your complaint via our complaints form on the site. Try to put it as completely as possible in the email with the order number and possibly photos.
